1. Services Offered
Greenfield Montessori offers various childcare programs, including infant care, toddler programs, kindergarten, summer camps, and other educational activities. Program details, schedules, and enrollment requirements are subject to change and may vary by age and developmental stage.
2. Enrollment and Fees
Enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis and requires completion of all application and health forms, a non-refundable registration fee, and acceptance of our policies. Tuition and fees are due as outlined in the enrollment agreement. Failure to pay fees on time may result in forfeiture of your child’s enrollment.
3. Health and Safety
The health and safety of all children in our care are paramount. Parents must provide complete and accurate health records and emergency contact information. Greenfield Montessori reserves the right to request a child to stay home in cases of illness or symptoms of communicable diseases.
4. Drop-off and Pick-up
Authorized individuals only may drop off and pick up children. Parents must provide written authorization if someone other than the listed individuals will pick up the child.
5. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.
6. Liability
Greenfield Montessori strives to provide a safe environment for all children. However, by enrolling your child, you acknowledge the inherent risks of childcare, and Greenfield Montessori will not be held liable for any injury or accident, except as covered by insurance policies.
7. Termination of Services
Greenfield Montessori reserves the right to terminate a child’s enrollment for reasons including but not limited to safety concerns, non-payment of fees, or inappropriate behavior by the child or parent.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website and, where appropriate, notified to parents. Continued use of our website and services indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
